I bought this chair thinking it would be decent for the price, but nope. The frame started wobbling way sooner than it should have, and it just doesn’t feel sturdy at all. this cheap little setup feels weak, and I’m disappointed...

I was disappointed with how little there was to pick from. The selection felt really limited, and I couldn’t find anything I actually wanted. If it stays like this, I’ll probably just start shopping somewhere else.

I did eventually get help with the warranty, so I can’t say they ignored me or anything. It just took longer than I expected, and I was a little confused about when I was supposed to hear back versus when things were actually getting done. Overall, they helped in the end, but the process felt kind of slow and unclear.

The site was okay overall, and I did manage to find most of what I was looking for. It just took more clicks than I thought it would, and a few pages was loading slower than I expected.

I do like that the photos are clear and easy to see, but the menus feels a little packed in. It’s not a bad website, just not as easy or smooth to use as it could be.

I haven’t had it that long and the fabric already frayed quick. The cushions also feel flat now, like they didn’t really kept their shape. Kind of disappointing overall.

From what I remember, the order didn’t arrive on time, and when it finally showed up, the box was in bad shape. One corner was crushed, and some of the parts had visible scratches. It still works fine, but after paying for delivery, I expected it to arrive in better condition

The design comes across a bit dated, and a few pages feel more crowded than they need to be. The colors also don’t really help the products pop, which matters when you’re browsing home items and trying to picture them in your space. The photos are decent, but the layout could definitely be cleaner and easier on the eyes

I placed my order and then barely heard anything after that. The shipping date kept moving around, and when I reached out to support, it took them days to reply with pretty much the same vague answer each time. After waiting about as long as I could, I ended up canceling because I just didn’t trust the process anymore.

I ordered this patio chair and overall it looks good on my deck. For casual use, it’s totally fine and the cushions are comfortable enough, though they’re a little thinner than I thought they’d be. After a few weeks, I did notice a small chip in the finish, which was disappointing. If you’re just looking for something decent that looks nice, it works, but at this price I was expecting the quality to feel a bit more solid

I bought this for my patio at the start of the season, thinking it would be a nice little upgrade for sitting outside with coffee in the mornings. When it first arrived, it looked good and seemed like it would handle being outdoors just fine, so I set it up and didn’t think much of it.

After a few months of regular sun and rain, though, it started looking worn out. The finish faded quicker than I expected, and after a couple rainy weeks I noticed rust showing up in a few spots. I wasn’t leaving it out in anything extreme, just normal weather, so I was disappointed. For something meant for outside, I really thought it would hold up better

I got these Homecrest chairs thinking they’d be nice for sitting outside and relaxing, but they’re just not that comfortable. The seat is hard, and the way the back sits feels kind of off after a little while, like maybe 20 minutes or so.

For what they cost, I expected this to feel a lot better. They do look nice and all that, but I don’t really want patio furniture where I keep needing to get up because I’m uncomfortable. Disappointed and I wouldn’t buy them again...
